Getting started

Logging in, the sidebar, the topbar, and where everything lives in the Operations Portal.

This page walks you through your first session in the Operations Portal so you know where every section lives.

  1. Open the portal URL provided by your administrator.
  2. Enter your phone number or email and password.
  3. Click Login.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page. You’ll receive a one-time link to set a new one.

The Operations Portal has three regions:

  • Topbar (across the top) — JATT brand on the left; a search box in the middle; bell, settings, help, and your avatar on the right. Click the ? icon to open the in-portal help drawer for the page you’re on.
  • Sidebar (down the left) — navigation between sections: Dashboard, Pickup & Delivery (Create Booking, Quotes, Rates, Jobs, Customers), and Administration (Settings).
  • Main area — the current page’s content.

You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the icon at the top-left of the topbar.

After login, you land on the Dashboard. It shows the key KPIs at a glance: jobs in flight, quotes awaiting approval, recent activity, and quick links into the most common workflows.

  • Managing jobs — the heart of the day-to-day ops workflow.
  • Quotes — how quote approval auto-creates a job booking.
  • Rate cards — how pricing is configured per customer and route.
