How to use the embedded booking widget on a JATT-partner site to request a quote.

The JATT Booking Widget is a small embeddable form that appears on a JATT-partner website. It lets you request a quote for freight without signing in. Quotes you submit through the widget show up on your Customer Portal Quotes page (if you have an account).

The widget is embedded on partner websites — your account contact will provide the URL. Look for a section titled “Get a quote” or similar.

The widget walks you through:

  • Pickup suburb / postcode — start typing; the autocomplete suggests matches.
  • Delivery suburb / postcode — same.

For each kind of item, enter:

  • Packaging — Pallet, Carton, Crate, Bundle, Loose Item, Skid
  • Quantity
  • Dimensions (length × width × height in cm)
  • Weight (kg)

Use + Add item for additional rows.

Tick anything that applies:

  • Tailgate pickup — driver needs to lower freight onto the ground at pickup (not into a dock).
  • Tailgate delivery — same at delivery.
  • Dangerous goods — your shipment contains DG-classified items.
  • Express — priority service.
  • Insurance — additional cover.

Pick the service level you want quoted (Standard, Express, etc.). You can also request quotes for multiple service levels at once.

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your company name
  • Phone number

Click Get Quote. The widget shows you the priced result on-screen and emails a confirmation. If you have a Customer Portal account, the quote also appears on your Quotes page where you can approve it.

  • An ops user at JATT reviews your quote.
  • If you approve it, it becomes a booking and a driver is dispatched.
  • You receive notifications by email at each major status change.
  • Viewing quotes — once you’re logged in to the portal.
  • Tracking — see live status of a booked consignment.
