Tracking shipments
Looking up the live status of any consignment.
Every approved booking becomes a consignment with a unique connote number. You can look up the live status of any of your consignments from the Customer Portal.
Find a consignment
Section titled “Find a consignment”Two ways:
From the Bookings list
Section titled “From the Bookings list”In the sidebar, click Bookings. The list shows every active and recent booking with its consignment number, route, status, and pickup date. Click a row to open the full detail.
By connote number
Section titled “By connote number”At the top of the Customer Portal Dashboard, paste the connote number (e.g. CN20260528ALKK) into the Track shipment box and click Track. You jump straight to the detail page for that consignment.
What the detail page shows
Section titled “What the detail page shows”- Status — Pending, Confirmed, Allocated, In Transit, Delivered, etc.
- Route — pickup and delivery addresses.
- Cargo — itemised packages.
- Driver / Vehicle — once dispatched.
- Tracking events — a timeline of status transitions, with timestamps.
- POD (Proof of Delivery) — once delivered, a downloadable PDF.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”You receive email updates at the major milestones:
- Booked — when the quote is approved and the consignment is created.
- Allocated — when a driver/vehicle is assigned.
- In transit — when the driver collects the freight.
- Delivered — when the consignment is delivered. The POD is attached.
You can adjust which milestones you receive on Account & settings.
If something looks wrong
Section titled “If something looks wrong”Status updates can lag the real world by a few minutes. If the status hasn’t changed for a long stretch (e.g., still “In transit” 24 hours after pickup), contact your JATT account contact.
