Getting started
Activating your account from the invite link, signing in, and finding your way around.
You received an invite
Section titled “You received an invite”When JATT Logistics sets up your account, your administrator sends you a one-time invite link by email. The email subject is “Welcome to JATT Portals — set your password” and the body includes a button or link that opens the activation page.
The link is good for 7 days. If yours has expired, ask your account contact to re-send it.
Set your password
Section titled “Set your password”- Click the link in the invite email.
- You’ll land on the Set your password page.
- Choose a password (minimum 8 characters; mix in numbers and symbols for security).
- Confirm the password.
- Click Set Password.
You’re now signed up. The page redirects to the login screen with a “Password set. Please sign in.” confirmation.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open the portal URL.
- Enter your email and the password you just set.
- Click Login.
You land on the Customer Portal Dashboard.
The layout
Section titled “The layout”- Topbar — JATT brand on the left; help (?) and your avatar on the right. Click the ? to open in-portal help for the page you’re on.
- Sidebar — Dashboard, Bookings, Quotes, Tracking, Account.
- Main area — the current page.
