Managing jobs
The Jobs list, the side drawer, filtering, and the day-to-day workflow.
A job in the Operations Portal is a connote (consignment note) — the record of a single transport movement between a pickup and a delivery. The Jobs page is where you spend most of your day.
The Jobs list
Section titled “The Jobs list”Navigate to Jobs in the sidebar. You’ll see:
- Stats strip along the top: Total, Draft, Pending, Confirmed, Allocated, In Transit, Delivered, Cancelled. Each stat is clickable — clicking filters the list to that status.
- Filters: customer, status, and a search box that matches connote number and booking reference.
- Table: one row per job, showing the connote #, customer, route (origin → destination), amount, status badge, pickup date, and created date.
Click any row to open the side drawer with the full job details.
