Viewing quotes

Comparing service-level prices and approving the one you want.

The Quotes page in the Customer Portal shows every quote you’ve received — whether you submitted it via the widget, requested it by phone/email, or it was created on your behalf by an ops user.

In the sidebar, click Quotes. The list shows:

  • Quote number — your reference
  • Route — origin → destination
  • Service level — Standard / Express / etc.
  • Total — the priced amount
  • Status — Draft, Pending, Approved, Declined
  • Created — when the quote was generated

Click a row to open the full quote.

  • Header — quote number, status, total.
  • Route — pickup and delivery addresses, dates, time windows.
  • Cargo — itemised packages.
  • Options — tailgate / DG / express / insurance flags.
  • Pricing — base rate, fuel levy, subtotal, GST, total. If the quote covers multiple service levels, you see one row per level with its own total.
  1. Open the quote.
  2. Review the price and details.
  3. Click Approve.

What happens:

  • The quote’s status flips to APPROVED.
  • A booking (connote) is automatically created in the system.
  • A driver is dispatched per the booked service level.
  • You receive a confirmation email with the connote number.

The connote number is your tracking reference — see Tracking.

If the price or terms don’t work for you:

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Click Decline.
  3. Optionally add a note explaining why.

The quote status flips to DECLINED. No booking is created. Your account contact at JATT is notified so they can follow up if needed.
