Notification preferences, password reset, contact details.
The Account section of the Customer Portal is where you manage your login, your notification preferences, and your contact details.
Open Account
Section titled “Open Account”Click your avatar in the top-right of the topbar → Account. (Or click Account in the sidebar.)
Sections
Section titled “Sections”Profile
Section titled “Profile”- Name — how you’re addressed in emails and on quotes.
- Email — the address used for sign-in and notifications.
- Phone — used by drivers for arrival calls.
- Company — your organisation name as it appears on quotes and invoices.
To edit any field, click the value, change it, and click Save.
Password
Section titled “Password”Click Change password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Click Save.
If you’ve forgotten your current password, sign out and use Forgot password? on the login page instead.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Tick which milestones you want emailed:
- Quote received — when a new quote is generated for you.
- Quote approved — confirmation when you approve a quote.
- Booking allocated — when a driver/vehicle is assigned.
- In transit — when the driver collects the freight.
- Delivered — when the consignment is delivered (POD attached).
Unticked milestones don’t email you, but the events still appear on the tracking page.
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”Shows your active login sessions. Click Sign out next to any session you don’t recognise.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”If you can’t sign in:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email.
- Check your inbox for a reset link (good for 1 hour).
- Click the link, set a new password, and sign in.

Section titled “Need help?”Contact your JATT account manager, or use the in-portal ? icon (top-right of every page) to open the help drawer for the page you’re on.
